TANZANIA PRESENTS LETTERS OF CREDENCE TO KING

Maseru, Mar. 05 — The ongoing climate change, hunger and poverty call for strengthening further bonds of cooperation among the Southern African Development Community (SADC) member states, King Letsie III has said.

This, he said when accepting letters of credence from the High Commissioner of the United Republic of Tanzania to Lesotho Mr. James Bwana at the Royal Palace on Wednesday.

The King added that this cooperation was strengthened during deployment of SADC troops in Mozambique, in response to suppress acts of terrorism, saying this showed brotherhood as they protected the people of Mozambique…
