Maseru, Feb. 22 — The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) declined to comment on the 2025/26 budget estimates regarding the first phase of the Moshoeshoe I International Airport renovations, pending report.
This after the Minister of Finance and Development Planning Dr. Rets’elisitsoe Matlanyane disclosed in her 2025/26 budget speech that the first phase of Moshoeshoe I airport renovations is expected to be completed by the end of 2025/26 financial year.
PAC Chairperson Mrs. Machabana Lemphane Letsie told the Agency in an interview that they earlier toured the airport in a bid to analyse phase I progress, saying they have made their own findings and filed a report. ..
