Maseru, Oct.24 — The Prime Minister Mr. Ntsokoane Matekane has arrived in Apia, Samoa for the 2024 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.
This will be the 27th Meeting of the Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Nations and the meeting is scheduled for October 25th to 26th and will be preceded by ministerial meetings.
Speaking in an interview with the Agency on Thursday, the Press Attaché at the Prime Minister’s Office Mr. Thapelo Mabote said that the meeting will be the first full Commonwealth summit held since the death of Queen Elizabeth II in 2022 and the first presided over by King Charles III as Head of the Commonwealth. . .
