COURT TO HEAR NEW EVIDENCE

Maseru, Jan. 15 — The High Court is on Monday afternoon expected to hear new evidence in a case in which some army members are accused of killing three men at Mafeteng in 2012.

The prosecution is today expected to lead a new witness in the main trial as a witness who is to testify in a trial within trial will not be available.

The court has in this matter ruled that the trial within trial be held in order to interrogate circumstances into the making of the statement by one of the accused to his superior.
