Quthing, Jan. 11 — Members of school boards from primary and post primary schools within the Mokotjomela  World Vision programme  underwent a three day training on their roles and responsibilities held at Lower Moyeni, Quthing.

Speaking at the same event, the Quthing district Education Manager Ms. Moipusi Motebang encouraged participants to implement skills acquired for improvement of their schools administration that has impacted negativity in schools performance.

She indicated that various challenges faced by schools such as absence of teachers in schools without valid reasons, cases in which principals made decisions to administrate schools alone, schools proprietor giving orders to the principals and school environment which is not conducive for learning will be story of the past after this training, thus Quthing results will improve to the better.
