LAWYERS WARNED AGAINST OUTSIDE INFLUENCE

Maseru, Oct. 26—- Lawyers in a Constitutional Case in which a Member of Parliament for Thaba Moea Constituency No. 73, Mr. Lejone Puseletso is challenging a motion of no confidence in the Government of Lesotho, were on Thursday warned against outside influence.

Justice Molefi Makara who is one of the judges hearing the case stated that the case could be exceptional therefore lawyers should be thoughtful and ingenious. He added that they should avoid emotive riotry. He said they should adopt a court approach not that of Parliament. He indicated that emphasis should be on maintaining dictum of the court.
