Maseru, Oct.09—Though the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) completed announcement of Local Government elections about six days ago, date for the swearing in of Councillors has not yet been announced.
This was disclosed in an interview by Ministry of Local Government and Chieftainship Information Officer Mr. Ts’eliso Mohloai who said this is due to the fact that the official poll results are not yet gazetted.
